Windows 11 HDMI port not working after recent windows update

Dear Microsoft Team,After the recent windows11 update on 25 June 2024, my HDMI port is not functioning. I have tried updating the drivers but to no avail.I do not seem to find a solution for this issue and I hope you could help. Thanks.
