Windows 11 HDR Video Streaming keeps turning on at restart

Hello,I have an Asus Rog Zephyrus G16 with a Nebula Display. It does not support HDR, but it supports HDR streaming. I turned off HDR video streaming, but every time I restart/boot up my laptop, HDR streaming is turned back on. It's extremely frustrating because I do not want to use this feature, ever. I do not have this problem on my Asus TUF A15, or my gaming PC. I need this feature turned off and to stay off. How can I permanently disable it? Can it be done in the BIOS? PLEASE HELP!
