Windows 11 Headphones only sounding out of one ear because they are recognized as speakers

I just got these HyperX Cloud Flight 2.4Ghz headphones and whenever I use the USB adaptor the computer reads them as speakers and they only emit sound out of one ear. Whenever I plug it in with the headphone jack it works but I got these specifically because they were wireless and whenever I try it on other computers or mobile devices it works perfectly.
