Windows 11 Headset Audio and Mic Have Poor Quality on Calls

Hello, I'm currently trying to use my AirPods for an Xbox call, but all of my audio is very poor quality, and my friends say that the microphone is as well. This is the same when I am in a Discord call as well. I have tried every solution that I have seen online, from checking my drivers to changing some settings, and yet nothing has changed. I am using Windows 11 on a Dell Laptop.
