Windows 11 Headset keeps losing audio on Windows 11

I recently got a new Logitech Zone Vibe 125, which comes with an USB bluetooth adapter. I use it mostly for work, I make/receive phone calls or meeting through Zoom, and sometimes I listen to music during my free time.The audio will sometimes just disconnect out of nowhere, I can't hear anything, but people hear me, so the microphone works fine. Or when listening to music, sometimes I try to increase/decrease the volume from the computer, and the audio will just die on the headset.
