Windows 11 Heavy CPU utilization by Microsoft Windows Search Indexer and Antimalware service executable after Windows 11 22H2 update.

Microsoft Windows Search Indexer and Antimalware service executable have 55% CPU utilization which has increased the fan noise and reduced the battery life of my laptop. My laptop fan speed is high even on light workloads because of this. I didn't face this problem on Windows 11 22H1. I started facing this problem yesterday when I was automatically upgraded to Windows 11 22H2. I don't want to turn off search indexing because I find it useful, but I want to fix the excessive CPU usage by the aforementioned processes.
