Windows 11 Hello! Ghost of a folder and file keep coming back in OneDrive

I have Win10 pc been up to win 11 for months. No issues. I have Google Drive and for the moment have a full OneDrive folder on the GDrive. No seeming issues there. I plan to move it off. There is also a folder named OneDriveTemp with a file in it, likely a zipped file, in Google Drive. They do not show up online in OneDrive. And I can and have deleted them in Safe Mode. When returning to normal they seem to be gone? Then in a few they are back. I've tried taking Ownership and that doesn't work. Have you any suggestions I be appreciative. I've deleted them about everywhere they can be. Back the
