Windows 11 Hello I am a Windows 11 user i tried to reset my laptop but it’s stuck at 67% for almost 8 hours now

It’s been almost 8 hours and my PC is stuck at Resetting this PC 67% and I don’t want to lose my personal files by force shut down please help!
