Windows 11 Hello I am trying to open Local Security Policy but keep get this error.

Hello.I am using windows 11 pro and every time i try and open Local Security Policy I getting an error and I need to access it like now.The error I keeping getting is this An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist. Please assist me if you.Thank you
