Windows 10 Hello, I am unable to login on to my computer physical and onscreen keyboard only type numbers.

Hello, I am unable to login on to my computer. All of the sudden my physical as well as the onscreen keyboard don't work. I've shut down, unplugged computer, pusher power button for 2 minutes, waited another 4 min, plugged cable back in , restarted turned off filters, turned off numbers lock and still nada, no keyboard physical or onscreen. Please advise.
