Now I got a blue screen with the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you. For more information about this issue and possible fixes, visit Resolving Blue Screen errors in Windows - Microsoft Support. If you call a support person, give them this info: Stop code: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION". I tried to shut down but this isn't possible. The blue screen with the message changes always with black screen, Windows Logo and the information "Please wait". What can I do? I there anyone who can help me to fix this problem.
