For a while my pc been having problems that i just tried fixing myself, and somehow some of them i fixed and some of them just stayed there because they weren't that noticable (for example: cant optimize disk nor defragment it, many problems with overall files and games crashing, and the most noticable in the last period of time- my pc freezing and going to bios with no way of going into windows until i disconnect everything from my pc and discharge static electricity. But every time i am doing this, it comes back in about 2 days.)So my question is, is there anything i can do alone and if this
