Windows 11 Hello, is it possible for a clean installation of windows to create a corrupted profile?

I have opened a post on September 28th, and the last reply was over two weeks ago. I had been having intermittent issues with my screen turning on when it was off for several hours, and going to the lock screen. It was suggested that it was either by a process or a USB device.I had been suggested to create an alternate profile, to test if it was corrupt. I have not done that yet as I have asked if it may be something different since this profile was basically a clean installation of windows. I have not been able to get a follow up answer in the other area that I have posted this. So I do not k
