Windows 11 Hello, when i try to launch darksouls remastered the game crashes with C0000005 error

I have tried to reach to Bandai support after their guidence i did a clean GPU driver reinstall using DDU, checked my memory using scf/scannow even the memory diagnostic, so far nothing helped and the problem persists.
