Windows 11 Help activating Windows 11 after hardware change, and not able to contact Microsoft

I recently changed my PC motherboard and CPU and need to reactivate Windows 11 (fully up to date as of 28/20/2023) because of the hardware change. I have use the get help feature and activation troubleshooter and the only option is to wait for a Microsoft agent to contact me. I've waited close to two weeks and haven't heard anything so I wanted to ask if there was any other way I can reactivate my OS?In the past I have been able to activate over the phone using an automated system however this option doesn't appear in the troubleshooter.Thanks in advance.
