Windows 10 help center opens automatically when I press ctrl button in any application I use. How to fix it ?

Whenever I press Ctrl button, it opens Help center in apps. I tried to copy my text in Excel or Word. So, I tried to press Ctrl+C. But, as soon as I press ctrl button, it opens help center automatically and I am not able to perform my work. How can I fix this?I am not able to use Ctrl key for any application in my computer. Even in Chrome I tried to copy anything, I pressed ctrl key, it opens Help Center in next tab automatically.
