Unwanted Disk Jockey

Is there something in the CMD prompt that i can type in to do a full system scan to find out exactly what has been messing with my computer? Ive been having a lot of issues and quite frankly, i dont know whats the issue anymore, at first i thought it was windows explorer, but after trying every common fix under the sun and file explorer STILL messing up, im out of ideas. A list of all things that has gone wrong, file explorer, it keeps locking up every now and then, opening task manager gets it to work again for a bit, but after a while it goes straight back to freezing.
