Windows 7 help Error 80072EFE

Hello customer service, I can't upgrade Windows 10 from Windows 7. It says error 80072EFE, then I download Windows 7 service pack 1 for x64 (KB976932), it says it can't be installed. I followed the instructions to install the "check for system update readiness tool". But it also reports an error so contact you. Please help me. Thank you
