Windows 10 Help, I ended windows file explorer task and restarted my laptop

I ended windows file explorer task and restarted my laptop in hopes of the problem being solved and when i openned my laptop it just opened a dark blue background, no task bar, and no apps are shown. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please help me as soon as possible.Also sorry for bad english because its not my first language.
