Windows 11 Help, im unable to access my BitLocker Key on my Microsoft account

My kid locked me out of my laptop. I thought no big deal i can access all the informationon my Microsoft account. BIG MISTAKE! I'm able to log onto my Microsoft account but when i try to access my bitlocker key under the correct device it keeps giving me an traceID code and keeps saying try again in a bit and if not contact us. It never lets me see my recovery key and ive tried on multiple devices. My laptop is locked out and i need to retrieve it. I’ve been trying to contact Microsoft for days and have been unsuccessful . Please help
