Windows 11 help me on windows intalling plz

Hi when i turned on my laptop it got on automatic repair and didint turn on and also its windows 11 so i decided to get a windows 10 disk and try to reinstall the windows but it says windows cannot be installed to the disk the selected gpt partination style how i can change the legacy bios to uefi without losing data also i cant turn on the laptop to get backup
