Windows 10 Help me please

My hp 18 all-in-one pc was slow because of 2013 amd core and 2gb ram it was windows 8 at first but I upgrade it to windows 10 I was resetting it but keeping my personal info it took 1 hour of preparation to make this to reset it stopped at 44% and the hdd led wasn't lit up strangely the computer was on and the loading wheel was still spinning I turned it off and I didn't turn it on yet but someone please tell me what to do now?Specs: 2gb ddr3 ramAmd 2013 core that I don't know200gb main hard drive with 40 gb of storage free
