Windows 11 Help me to remove VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore.

Hi,I just can't get rid of this "virus" that pops up on every restart. If i start a complete scan on Defender after a while it gets blocked as "C:" is added to the exclusion folders. I already did a scan with Malwarebytes in Windows safe mode, which found "PUA:Linux/CoinMiner!MTB" and i guess succeded in deleting it. I also did a FRST scan and here's the result : FSRT - Google Drive you help me? Thanks
