Help me to remove VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D virus

I am getting this VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D in my windows defender. I have tried to remove this so for some time it was removed but when i restart my pc i get a notification from windows defender that a virus is been found VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D and when i open the notification it opens the windows defender screen and automatically VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D disappears within 2 secs. Can someone please help me with this?
