Windows 11 !HELP - Monitors go black and GPU fan go to 100%

So has above-mentioned, during use, eventually after X amount of time, both monitors will go black but not show the no signal found and GPU fan go to 100%. GPU temperature at that moment are around 66 Celsius ( highest recorded temperature) . I sent it for RMA and the manufacturer said it was perfectly okay after 15 hours of hardware/software testing.I memtest86x my RAM and it passed successfully has well ( 128Gb )Monitor is usually in 4k but I switched to 1080p and a 1660 has my 4090 is yet to be back from RMA.I benchmarked and stress tested CPU has well and it beats record speed.What could b
