Windows 10 Help, my USB Ports wont work!

I have just power washed or completely reset my Windows 10 PC and now my keyboard and mouth wont work. Around 5 seconds after I turn the computer off, the keyboard stops working and the mouse doesn't work either, I have legacy USB turned on and all of that, I have tried multiple USB ports. Please help
