Windows 11 HELP: NEW ACER SPIN3 screen is black with cursor visible, fan is working but I can not access computer in last 15 hours!

PLease help. I have a new ACER Spin 3, 8GB, Windows 11, i12... I have not even used it yet...Trying to update its Windows software the screen has been black for 15 hours (January 29 to January 30, 2023) with only the cursor being visible.Not one key or an attempt to just shut off the computer wotks.
