I bought a new Alienware Aurora R14. The same day I tried to restart & it would not boot up. I am NOT advanced in computers or software, but some how managed to reinstall Win 11. Everything seems ok. But I have a couple concerns. The first, often times after I finish gaming & proceed to shutdown the PC it will completely freeze up. And Im forced to manually shut down.I was given some advice to look in the event log and I found ALOT of warnings, errors, and critical. I have tried to run the diagnostics program by Alienware called Support Assist and it says everything is OK. I also tried
