Windows 11 HELP, please. I cannot find what I was looking for.

A few weeks ago, I ran some sort of a "clean-up". After the run, I was shown lots (hundreds +) of things that it found and collected. It then gave me an option of either "deleting one or more "things" right then and there.... OR..... Taking some time (30 days ?) to think about next steps. I chose the 30-day wait option, and now I can't find anything at all that helps me identify what was found, and then gives me (again) the options I previously mentioned.Could you please provide some ideas on how to proceed?Peter
