Windows 10 HELP! Prefetch folder in C:\Windows

I was messing around with the folder trying to delete certain files from showing up in the last activity view and somehow I stopped the folder from working and prefetching data from everything. I was messing with Registry as well and editing things like Prefetch and Superfetch Parameter and putting them on 3 (so they collect data from everything), but somehow the Prefetch folder is not working at all, its only showing me files from like 2 3 weeks ago when I was editing it. After trying to fix it (by deleting all the files from the folder, yeah I know Im dumb) and rebooting PC, everything is ju
