Windows 11 Help required with various display issues while using Windows 11

Recently (last few weeks), I am getting weird things happening on my display when using Windows 11. Notification or menu dialogs remain on the screen which cannot be selected, or some text disappears when my mouse moves over text OR the text scrolls while using Office365 within a browser. IF I restart Windows Explorer service it temporarily fixes the issue. I regularly update to latest Windows and Nvidia Drivers as required. PC Specs CPU-i7-9700K RAM 64Gb Graphics Card: RTX2070 8Gb RAM Driver: 31.0.15.3742 Windows 11: 10.0.22621 Build 22621
