So I have a razor blade pro 17. I went to the setting to reset the computer and I chose the option that deletes everything. After that it asked me if I wanted to do a cloud or local windows download or something. I pressed local cause I tried cloud and it didn’t wanna work. I left the computer sitting there doing what ever it needed to do then after a while it went black and when I clicked around it didn’t do anything so I js turned it off and went to sleep (I probably shouldn’t have turned it off). When I tried to do it again the next day it took me to screen with the razer logo and the f12 f
