Nearly every time I try to log into my laptop (a brand new HP Spectre), the laptop turns on and when I try to log in with facial recognition, a finger print scan, or with a PIN code, the laptop responds with the Blue Screen of Death and is forced to restart. This tends to happen two or three times in a row before it finally lets me log on. I replaced my original HP Spectre (after HP replaced the motherboard twice) and received a new one and it continues to happen, leading me to believe its a software issue.
