Windows 11 Help. Windows 11 suddenly does not recognize CFXpress -type B Card

In Windows 11, I am suddenly unable to even see any CFXpress type-B cards. My card reader is visible (including a drive letter) without a card inserted. As soon as I insert a card, the entire reader disappears. Take the card out, the reader is visible again. When I transfer the reader to my MacBook Pro, everything works just fine. I connected my Nikon Z9 directly to my PC via Thunderbolt 4 and I was able to see the camera and photographs. However, after disconnecting it and later tried to reconnect, nothing is visible!
