Windows 10 Help with bad system config info error and had done the the commands?

I need help getting my vivobook restarted. I am getting a bad system config. Info error. I have tried the reboot commands but it tells me that bootrec/fixboot is denied and and I don't have windows 10 installed. What do I do now? Please help?
