Windows 11 Help with BSOD on Boot in Win 11

I often get BSOD on boot in Win 11; Stop Code Page Fault in Non Paged Area NTSF.Sys Failed. Never happened until upgraded to Win 11. Anybody have an idea how to resolve. No new hardware has been added.
