Windows 10 Help with bsods after dusting my pc and updating Windows 10

Used compressed air to blow the dust out. All the cables look to be properly plugged in and secured. Ran windows built in memory diagnostics test and chkdsk and both came back clean. Set all overclocks to default. When I run 3dmark a bsod will occur at a random point in the benchmark without warning. Temperatures are fine.
