Hello and greetings to everyone, I can't think of any site to ask about this except Microsoft but here it is. So a little background, I purchased a ram online for my laptop, my laptop was currently sluggish at 4gb and decided to get 4gb to get 8gb. So the problem is, I get the BSODcalled "Bad Pool Header" a few days after the ram was installed, If I remember correctly its after the ram was installed its 3 days after that the BSOD appeared. I assume it's the ram causing this problem. I got my ram installed by my friend, idk if it's because of the dust that got into the ram that's causing the problem because his place looks dirty and he just put the ram at an empty plastic cup.
