Windows 11 Help with Windows Update and Networking Windows 11

I have spent 4 hours on chat with a Microsoft Support Tech and still have the 2 problems unresolved. I installed Windows 11 on my new Computer about a month ago. Everything was fine. About 10 days ago my first error is under the Windows Update: It is Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237 error install # 0x80070103. There are 2 notices of this with Retry. My installed updates state it is installed. The 2 notices will not go away under the Update screen. 2nd problem is I cannot connect through my ethernet network to my workstation computer printers. The tech did many changes
