Windows 11 Hewlett-Packard - USB updates stuck in my updates available to download.

I'm running Windows 11 64-bit on my Dell Latitude 7520 laptop. I have two updates available to download (Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237) both of which say "Install error - 0x80070103" and are labeled "Retry." I have tried everything I could find and cannot remove them. I would prefer a solution other than, "Ignore them." Does anyone know what I can do?
