Windows 11 hey i just found these random files in my taskmanager (start up apps) both files are just numbers

both files are just numbers first one is 9491df27-9480-4a97-8075-456b792f0d80 9491df27-9480-4a97-8075-456b792f0d80while the second one is just a number 2 i cant find none of those twos location anywhere on my pc i disabled both havent been havin any issues like that but its wierd havin to files like that they just came from no where i havent installed anything and my antivirus been on the whole time never turnt it off
