Windows 11 HI, I am in windows 11 and update version 22h2 has a download error 0x80248007.

the update for .net 3.5 and 4.8.1 also wont install version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028948). same error. specs:I am on a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15ihu6 pc. 11th gen intel core *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. 16gb ram. x64 based processor. hard drive is 951 gb of which 75% is available.Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎25/‎09/‎2022 OS build 22621.819 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22636.1000.0 some things I have tried: I tried the windows update troubleshooter and it did not fix this. it detects an issue with updater, says it makes changes, but the update still fails.
