Windows 11 Hi, I am not being able to access "Controlled folder access" to turn it off.

My laptop came with a built in McAfee and in the page of "Virus & threat protection settings" it shows the McAfee. I don't know how to proceed with it so I have disabled it, but it still doesn't show the option that I see are there for other users. How can I solve this? Should I uninstall McAfee all together?
