Windows 10 hi i am trying to log into my xbox app but when i try to login it just says unable to conect to the internet how do i fix this

-i dont know why my xbox app is doing this i have tries using comand promt to see if i have a proxy on and i have tried to go into services to turn the 4 xbox services on but nothing works
