Windows 11 Hi I deleted my games file in documents and can’t play games anymore.

After accidentally deleting my games file in documents and recycle bin I can’t play rocket league because that was where it saved game details. I have re made a file called my games but rocket league still fails to start and save, anyone have this issue?
