My laptop currently has windows 7 loaded. It was my brothers and has not been used since 2017. I did a system restore to original factory conditions a few days ago, ran all windows 7 updates and now trying to download windows 10 with no success. I keep getting attached error message. I am not a tech guru so any help is appreciated. Thanks Gerard
