Windows 11 hi i has this white cross on my volume

no matter if i try to increase my volume it doesnt work at all, i cannot hear any sounds and this problem happens after i try to restart my laptop for a update not sure why. my laptop is exactly the same few minutes ago when i was still watching videos. how to fix it someone pls helpp:(
