Windows 10 Hi , i have a problem with Realtek USB2.0 Audio

so my MB is Rog Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi II and everytime i uninstall this version of Realtek ( USB2.0 Audio ) my windows will Reinstall it again and it wont let me install the version that i want Which is " Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers " how can i delete or stop my pc from installing Realtek USB2.0?
