Windows 10 Hi! I have recently downloaded an app on my computer and every time I try to run it, it says that my administrator has blocked it for my protection.

I know that there is nothing wrong with the game so I asked my father. After a bunch of research, I made a new account and moved my father's account to standard while my new account became administrator. It still has that shield on the app and I have no idea what to do now.
