A random window well open it (not chrome something black and white) then when I go to my chrome tab it will close and open a new chrome window. I'm not sure what to do but it will keep repeating no matter how many times I try to restart my laptop. Please help (It is a windows 11 btw)I have already tried restarting, shutting down chrome, ctrl + delete and trying to get rid of the window that pops up nothing works.
